Refund & Warranty Policy

1. The short version

If your product doesn't work, we replace it or refund you. We sell digital subscriptions paid for in cryptocurrency — which makes refunds slower than card payments, but they happen.

2. Warranty (until first activation)

Every product is verified before sale and warrantied until you first activate or use it. If the gift link, login, or invite doesn't work when you receive it, we will replace it for free or refund you in full. Warranty period: 7 days from delivery.

3. Warranty (after activation)

Once you've activated or started using the product, warranty terms depend on the product type:

  • Subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus, Cursor Ultra, Copilot Pro, Super Grok, etc.) — covered for the full subscription period. If access is revoked before the period ends, we replace it.
  • Gift codes (Claude Max gift x5/x20) — once redeemed, they're yours. No further coverage.
  • Credit packs (Suno, Claude Code) — credits are final once delivered.
  • Account-provided products (Gemini Ultra + Veo3) — covered for the listed term against revocation, replaced once if needed.

4. Eligibility for refund

You qualify for a full refund if:

  • Your order was paid but never delivered (we'll always refund).
  • The product was non-functional on first use, within 7 days of delivery.
  • We sold a duplicate by mistake.

You do not qualify for a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after using the product.
  • Your account was banned by the upstream platform due to your own actions (Cursor / OpenAI / Anthropic etc. terms violation).
  • You shared your access with too many people and the upstream throttled it.

5. How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Contact us at @credox_support on Telegram or support@credox.shop within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID (visible in the delivery email) and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help.
  3. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster.
  4. If approved, we ask for a refund destination: same coin and address you paid from, or store credit.
  5. Refunds in crypto are processed within 24–48 hours after approval. Network fees are deducted from the refund.

6. Why we don't do automatic refunds

Crypto payments are irreversible by design — the network has no chargeback button. Refunds happen only when we manually send the coin back. This protects both sides: you can't be reversed-charged after you've received your product, and we can't silently take your money. Every refund is tracked and confirmed in writing.

7. Disputes

If we can't agree on a resolution, both sides retain the right to pursue further dispute resolution under EU/UK consumer-protection rules where applicable. In practice we resolve every issue at the support stage.
