1. Who we are

Credox (“we”, “us”) operates credox.shop, an online store reselling access to legitimate third-party AI subscription services. We're not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Cursor, Suno, ByteDance, xAI, or any other upstream provider.

2. What you're buying

When you purchase a product on Credox, you're buying access to a specific service for a stated period or quantity (e.g. one month of ChatGPT Plus, $50 in Claude Code credits, etc.). We deliver this access via:

  • Gift link — a URL you click to redeem on the upstream platform.
  • Account upgrade — we upgrade an existing account you provide.
  • Provided account — fresh credentials we email you.
  • Invite — an invitation link sent to your specified address.

The exact delivery method is shown on each product page.

3. Your obligations

  • You must comply with the upstream provider's terms of service after activation. We can't protect you from a ban triggered by your own actions on their platform.
  • Don't resell our products without permission.
  • Don't share access credentials publicly.
  • Don't use our products for illegal activity.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD and shown on each product page. Payment is processed via NowPayments and accepted in any of 350+ supported cryptocurrencies. Final amount is calculated at the moment of payment based on real-time exchange rates. Network fees are paid by you.

5. Delivery

Most products deliver within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Crypto payments require network confirmation, which can take 1–60 minutes depending on the coin and your network fee. Once payment confirms, we deliver automatically and email you the access details.

7. Liability

We provide our service “as-is.” Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product the claim relates to. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or claims by third parties.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Suno, Copilot, Super Grok, CapCut, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to identify the products we resell — we don't claim affiliation with or endorsement by any of them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of Credox after changes constitutes acceptance.
